Quickstart
This guide walks you through connecting your first integration and pulling orders into Orderly.
Prerequisites
- An Orderly account (sign up at portal.orderly.dev )
- Access to a storefront or platform you want to connect (e.g., Shopify)
Step 1: Create Your Organization
After signing up, you’ll be prompted to create an organization. This is your workspace — all bridges, orders, and team members belong to an organization.
Organization Name: My CompanyStep 2: Add a Bridge
Bridges are how Orderly connects to external platforms. Go to Bridges in the sidebar and click Add Bridge.
- Choose a bridge type (e.g., Shopify)
- Enter your store credentials
- Configure which data to sync (orders, fulfillments, etc.)
- Click Save & Connect
Step 3: Sync Orders
Once your bridge is active, trigger an initial sync:
- Go to Orders in the sidebar
- Click Sync Now to pull orders from your connected platform
- Orders will appear in the unified order list within seconds
Step 4: Explore the Dashboard
With orders flowing in, you can:
- View order details — Click any order to see line items, customer info, and activity history
- Create shipments — Connect a carrier bridge (FedEx, UPS) and generate labels
- Set up dispatchers — Automatically route orders based on rules
- Use operations — Bulk-update orders or trigger actions across many records
